1. Company Details
Aspie Plumbing & Heating Ltd is a heating and plumbing company registered in England and Wales under company number 13518085, with its registered office at 10a High Street, Chislehurst, Kent, BR7 5AN. We are a service-area business and work at customers' premises across Bromley, Chislehurst, Bexley, Sevenoaks and the surrounding area. 2. Quotes and Pricing
- All quotes are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
- Quotes are based on the information provided at the time. If site conditions differ from those described, we reserve the right to revise the price before work begins.
- The figure quoted is the total payable for the work described, unless the quote states otherwise.
3. Bookings and Cancellations
- Work is scheduled once a quote is accepted and a convenient time agreed.
- Please give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to change or cancel an appointment. Late cancellations may incur a call-out charge to cover travel and reserved time.
- We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to circumstances outside our control, with as much notice as possible.
4. Workmanship
- All installations are carried out to a professional standard in line with relevant industry guidelines.
- We carry appropriate public liability insurance. Details are available on request.
- Any defects in workmanship reported within 12 months of installation will be rectified free of charge, provided the equipment has been used correctly and has not been tampered with.
5. Equipment and Materials
- Equipment and materials remain the property of Aspie Plumbing & Heating Ltd until payment is received in full.
- We recommend equipment suited to your property and budget, but are not responsible for the performance of third-party manufacturers beyond the terms of their own warranties.
6. Payment
- Payment is due on completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We accept bank transfer and cash. Card payments may be arranged by prior agreement.
- Late payment may result in suspension of any ongoing support or maintenance.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the work carried out. We are not liable for any indirect losses, including loss of data or business interruption, arising from equipment failure or from delays outside our reasonable control.
8. Website Use
This website is provided for information purposes. We take reasonable care to keep it accurate and up to date, but cannot guarantee that all information is complete or current at all times.
9. Renewable Technologies and the RECC Consumer Code
For all renewable technologies, including air source heat pumps, we adhere to the RECC rules. The Renewable Energy Consumer Code is approved by the Chartered Trading Standards Institute and sets out how quotations, deposits, contracts, cancellation and cooling-off rights and complaints must be handled on renewable energy installations.

- Heat pump installations are carried out under our MCS certification, number APH-48289.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
